Tipanu, the site was designed to the specifications of the Maori Land Court. Aesthetically it is like they wanted it. The content is what they wanted. It is the court’s content and their views that are published.
My re-work of 1 page was a copy of what they already had, but with the 1 new link. It was not intended to be a wholesale redevelopment. The article was intended to illustrate that even complex table-based layouts can be replicated using CSS for layout.

The site may be developed by standards, but does not do the ‘Maori Land Courts justice at all.
